Directors Beware!
We are aware of a recent company PAYE investigation instigated because a director's personal tax liability was settled by means of a company cheque. Apparently, the Inland Revenue collection offices are flagging such payments even if the payments are charged to the director's current account.Please contact us for advice on this matter.
