  • the mix of income, analyzing between retail sales, trade sales, auctions, overseas sales, etc.
  • the percentage of gross profit to sales by analyzing the sales mix against its relevant gross profit.

We then help to find new strategies, assist in their implementation, measure the "KPI" and assist in increasing the profits of the businesses we act for.
